      Hemi-sync?

      how does this actually work?
      from what i see depending on something is kind of weak, so i was wondering if hemi sync only trains to astral project and then you can maintain that skill completely without the audio?
      is that how it works?
      correct me if i am wrong.

      Firstly I don't see how "depending" on something is weak. The hemi-sync series has many different uses, not only for AP. I for one have tried the lucid dreaming series with little avail but I find the gateway experience very interesting (It's far too expensive though.)
