Thread: Astral Projection and Out Of Body Expieriences

Some people believe that it is much like a dream, a product of the concious brain.

Others believe it is your actual (Others also believe it is only a copy) soul projecting into another dimension, one of thought.

These have been likened to dreams, but much more concious and life-impacting. A lot more spiritual.

But what sets it apart, is it takes a lot more concious effort to achieve. There must be a perfect balance of body and mind. But when you achieve projection at will, I hear it pays off.

Personally, I have the proof, because I have done it. Only once, very briefly, but it was done none-the-less. It has become a major interest in my life.

And you can't just disregard it, because millions of people have claimed to be able to do it across the world and all cases have reported the exact same effects and sights in the Real Time Zone.

I have lately become very very interested in this kind of thing - can you recommend some tips for learning? Or a good guide perhaps?

www.astralpulse.com has a lot of techniques written by Robert Bruce. There also are many books you can find at book stores and at libraries and of course- on the web. Just read as much as possible about it.

But, I warn you, it takes a lot of personal effort to work. But it is worth it.

It's all about learning how to control your body and mind. It's a mental quest.
