      AP - bodysleeper

      Help.
      Pleeeaasssee.

      I can't put my body asleep by laying down still etc.

      Not totally sure if im doing it right...

      i really want to AP and ive been trying for a while now.

      I sometimes wait for hours... only to have my body start "aching" in some places, so i give up :/

      i need help.
      Moreso on how to get my body to fall asleep while awake like before doing a WILD, and not so much about how to AP.

      Any help?

      even though I'm not great with APing. I've been trying for like a year. Trust me I gave up many times. And now I realized that you shouldn't give up. I've had one AP and It was mind boggleing.

      If you want to know about how to AP PM me I think I found a very good technque.

      I figured that all the methods were kind of BS. So I made my own using them.
      Also there are other things like grpounding yourself which I thought was a waste of time but I found later to be helpful.

      1)Lie in bed with your back straight

      2)Then "ground yourself"
      Imagine there are strings on your back and they are attached to magntic bouullders in the middle of the earth.

      3)Then breath in and out slowly. As you Breath in imagine good (gold) air going into you. As you breath out imagine Mucky air going out of you. This relive stress, no stress=relaxed

      *You start to feel a little tired aftre these

      This is weird but trust me it works. At least for me.

      4)Now picture your lying in a feild, smell the air, trees, grass etc...
      Important Look up at the sun.
      If you have really good pictureing skills your eyelids should look like they do when you look at the sun. So if you made it this far...Should be easy first try.

      5)Now look down at yourself in the feild, look at your knees down to the foot. and Imagine that the Sun is going back and forth on them. Imagine that you can feel the warmth on them. Bascially warmth = relaxed.

      6)Do this to the rest of your body parts

      7)Now you should start feeling the vibrations.
      If you don't then try harder (wil) or practice more

      8)Now when you get really strong vibrations and you are confidint you are alsleep then just rollout of bed slowly. Litterally rollout of your bed.

      If you did it right your astral; body should move not your psychical.

      Also, rollout very slowly, you don't want to wake yourself up.

      I know...I suck at writing. So just ask me if you have any coments on this. Or why you should do this.

      Also, don't skip steps, and STICk to one technique. If you don't your just gona get know where.

      Oh yeah I didn't mention that this is idea before you go to bed. Like an hour before. Athough it's much harder before bed.
      You can doitinthe moring to I just never have enough time.

      try getting really drunk before you go to sleep. Works like a charm.


      Some serious things to try.

      -Watch what you eat before bed, nothing with a lot of sugar that will keep you up.
      -Do some exercise early in the evening. Doing it right before bed will keep you up.
      -Try to stop the random thoughts and fantasies you have in your head. Try to keep you mind blank. THis is the most important one.
