Pain in the real world via dreaming

Ok, so last night I had a very scary lucid. A woman with blonde hair and a very large sword kidnapped my daughter (I have no kids, I've just had recurring dreams of them, always the same). So, being very strong in the Dreamscape, I tried to fight her. Was a touch surprised when shooting her did nothing, and far more surprised when punching and kicking her did nothing. These three ways are all very proven to me, as yet I've been only been able to find few who can defeat me.

Anyway, she decided to fight back and tried to cut my head off with her sword, which did nothing, it just passed through me without causing any harm whatsoever. Then she just created out of thin air a massive steel pipe, something like a scaffolding pole, and smashed me around the back of the head with it. For the rest of the LD, I was out of it. Unable to move, or do anything, but still lucid and being cared for by my family and my dream guide. Then I woke up and had a massive headache (no, I had not been drinking!), the source of which appears to be a pain in my neck, precisely where this woman hit me.

Has anyone else experienced this? I've heard of red marks after LDing, and had them. I've also had aches after long fights or fighting many people, but this is way different.

I'd say 99% if cases like this - the pain in your neck came first, which resulted in a dream where you felt pain in that same area.

I once had a dream where I was eating everything I wanted from a desert buffet, and when I woke up I could still taste it all and felt like I had just eaten it. Ice-cream with chocolate chips, cola sauce and cocktail fruits.. yum!

Another time I was dreaming that someone was reaching out for me, and when I woke up I could still feel her hands on my chest, and they weren't still, but actively 'feeling' me, like a blind person would do. I though it was my brother who was waking me up, because we shared a room at the time, but when I realized that he wasn't there I kind of freaked out. I felt this for like 4-5 seconds, so I had time to react while it was happening. Very strange.

So I guess that if it's real in your mind, your body will react to it. But don't worry aboyt getting killed in a dream. My brother dies all the time in his dreams. He's like Kenny from South Park, seriously.

Oh, I don't worry about dying in my dreams. It's happened and I'm used to it now. Very interesting hearing your experiences.

I had a dream the other day where when I woke up, the people in the dream were trying to pull me back in, but I resisted, but for 4-5 seconds afterwards, I could still feel them tugging at my shirt...
