Let's take a poll each night.

This may prove meaningless, but I want to see something. I would like to see honestly and truthfully how many dreams each person can remember a night when waking. Btw, I'm talking full detail dream recall and everything. Last night I counted 5 on myself. Let's post each day and just see the results.

What do you think could this be a interesting little bit of research?

Editing just to add a side note before I head to sleep. This isn't about telling us what the dream was this is just about listing the number of dreams. Other info I guess that could be included like maybe like how many times you woke up inbetween and do you remember how long you were up inbetween each count of dreams. Were the dreams new dreams while you were asleep or after you woke up and then went back to sleep at night. It's basically a look into our sleep patterns.

I just had 8 to 9 dreams that fully remember. I kept track each time I woke up. Most of the time it was to use the bathroom so I wa in a fully awake stage. I pushed myself though at the end to see about having a few more. I could have been up a hour or two ago.

The more you wake up - the more you remember. There are times I wake up two hours after sleep, and just had an amazingly long dream, and am shocked to have come out of an 'intense' REM period that early on in my sleep. Had I slept all the way through I would have definitely remembered the one previous to waking up, and maybe the one before - though unlikely - and definitely not my first one.

THat is why I thought it might be interesting to see in our sleep patterns on the ones who are able to remember dreams better and do more with dreaming, ap, and other stuff.
