Thread: My Sweethearts Spirit

I am new here, and feel like doing a bit of sharing. This next experience was pretty damn profound for me.

It happened 2 months ago when me and my girlfriend were having major difficulties, and i was becoming severely depressed over the matter. I had went out the night before and drank waaayy too much...on purpose. In my dream, or whatever it was, I remember existing in blackness. The odd thing was that I was aware that I was there...where nothing was.

Then my girlfriend appeared...but it wasnt just Her. This form of her -- her spirit? -- was glowing brilliantly with a soft white light, her hair was sparkling with gold, and her eyes were swirling with amazing green and blue. Light moved through every part of her like fiberoptics (for lack of a better, more eloquent description), but she wasnt transparent. She moved closer to me, put her hands on my cheeks and just said "Don't Worry." Looked me in the eyes, for what seemed an eternity of beauty, smiled at me with a happy knowingness, and floated/hummed off in her free-spirited manner. At which point, I woke up feeling touched and not worried about our situation.

That was it. A 2 minute experience that I will never forget.

How does anyone feel about the possibility that it actually may have been her spirit visiting me?
