Certain drugs do allow you to experience parts of your own subconscience otherwise not achievable (well, outside of sleep/LD/AP/etc).

But have you been there? Can you travel to there? Or are you spewing random "everything is an illusion" stuff again? How is this relevant to the topic? Seriously, the knowledge that everything is an illusion won't get me anywhere dude. How about you help us to enlightment instead of keeping us in the dark?
Anyway, has anyone actually been there?
He didn't say that everything is an illusion, he said that the distinction between past, present and future is an illusion. Which, accroding to quantum physics is true. The 4th dimension is time, where past, present and future come together as one. This again means that predicting the future might be possible.
He does say so in all his other posts, and I don't think you really get it. There is only now. Thats what he means, he didn't mean the future is also right now and that we can see the future. That's not true, the future doesn't exist yet. And the past doesn't exist anymore. Now is the only thing that exists, and now changes all the time. But how will this knowledge help me reach the akashic records?
what do the akashic records look like? or can you even see them
What was, seems to be no longer. What is, seems to be now. What will, seems to be what lies ahead. Past, present, and future. But the truth is that what was, what is, and what will, all exist at the same time and always. As in Albert Einstein's quote, "The distinction between past, present, and future is only an illusion".
Been there once. A guide came to me in a dream, meh corny start ain't it? Anyways was before I got into AP had heard of it briefly though. He introduced me to the Temple of knowledge, a library where all information was kept. I had never heard of anything like this before he showed me and didn't read anything about it until years later as I was only 14 at the time, and the internet wasn't as popular. He also introduced me to Tattwa symbols "though he showed me them as portals".
I brushed it off as a dream a while after the dream after I couldn't reproduce AP after a month or 2 went by. Then 10 years or so later I started reading about AP again and getting very into it. Found a page or 2 in a book about Tattwa symbols which confirmed it was indeed a guide and my first Astral Projection.
I can access these records you speak of.. I don't quite get so literal of an image of a building and all this usually while I'm sure their is one I just get ideas and random tidbits that I shouldn't know on occassion..
i think i've been to them once. not totally sure tho. i had been trying to AP. it was my second attempt.
the first attempt i'd had a fully conscious exit, experienced no-body awareness, point of perspective only, flew about for a bit, saw a big symbol, met two guides then returned to my body, had a false awakening, then woke up. totally the most awsome experience of my life. my description totally doesn;t do it justice.
so the second time i tried to AP, i had a very different experience. after a couple of hours of meditating, and intending on leaving my body, i gave up cos nothing seemed to be happening, and i rolled over from my back onto my side. this seemed to trigger something off, because almost straight away, it felt like a giant pair of hands rolled me back onto my back, and i could suddenly hear very clearly the sound of a woman's voice. it had the sound of an old fashioned news report. the kind that they showed in old movie houses during WW2. she was speaking with that old english clipped and posh accent. i couldn't hear exactly what she was saying. couldn't quite make out the words, although i was trying really hard to hear what she was saying. i was totally aware and lucid, although i couldnt see anything. this was all just sound based. then i heard her announce the date, 1913, really clearly, then a bell tolled really loudly, and suddenly i was in the middle of a courtroom scene. i could now see clearly and i was sitting in the dock of an old courtroom. it looked like a scene from a cowboy movie, mid-west america maybe a hundred or so years ago. it was all wooden and quite small. across the court from me was a cowboy looking man. a white man speaking in a thick american accent. he was drunk and staggering around, and swingin something round in the air. it looked a bit like a rock in a sling or something. he was very angry and was shouting at me. i was just sitting still and quiet through this. it was like i was being shown a film real or something, but i was seeing it through the eyes of the man in the dock. and it was a man, it wasn't me. then i was back in my body in my bed. i was surprised to find that i was ling on my side still. i was expecting to be on my back, as i had felt this giant pair of hands roll me over at the start of the experience. i didn't 'wake up' cos i'd not been to 'sleep'. as i thought about it, i got the feeling i might have been a native american or something, cos although i couldnt pinpoint specific words that the cowboy had shouted at me, it had that venom that only racial or cultural differences can give rise to.
so i then randomly came across a book that had a chapter on Akashic Records in it, and the author said that many people who claim to be able to access akasha say that they hear a bell tolling when they enter.
i never saw a building, structure or form of it from the outside, just appeared within what i percieved to be a record. like someone just pressed the play button on a DVD player, and the scene was re-played around me with me as one of the central characters.
in fact it was exactly like the scenario where Harry Potter falls into the Penseive.
it made me wonder whether i had been this man in the dock in one of my previous incarnations, and that i had accessed one of my own past life memories, or whether i had just accidentally stumbled across a random event contained within someone else's record.
?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ??????????????????!
this was definitely not a 'dream', it was a totally conscious waking experience. with the same more-than-real quality that the AP had
i abruptly entered into what i thought the be the akashic records after smoking a potent salvia extract. i was very unprepared to enter into these sacred halls, i could not handle the amount of knowledge of everything, especially that of the horrible truths of reality and the cruel joke that is existence.
I think the akashic record is a representation of every person's experience and knowledge which is manisted in the form of his own book of life until death. These records are stored in a 'library' outside of this existence (within the astral plane) and contain the 'books' of everyone who has ever existed.
I think that people are born because 'spirits' open the book in the akashic library and must 'read' it from birth until death.
Do you think we are merely the readers of these books, or do you think that we can be the authors of our own books.
maybe they are co-written, by us and god/creation/universe.
i think that we can simply read them if we choose, like a passive creature being swept along in a river current, but i also think that maybe we pick a basic storyline before birth, like gender, nationality of birth, culture, race, lessons we are going to learn, parents we are going to choose. i think these are probably discussed and agreed with the other 'author', and then we get to make up the finer details of the plot, storyline, characters, outcomes as we actually live it.
i do think that the other 'author' can probably bring in characters, situations and events that we havent neccesarily consciously chosen, to assist us in achieving the original goals agreed before birth. hence synchronicity.
this allows us to have a pro-active role in how we swim in the river, although there is still an overwhelming current in the general direction we can go.
