A real projection

I think I might of had my first astral projection. I was in a lucid dream and I rememberd all this stuff I read about waking from you lucid dream to have a OOBE. I did just that, and I felt my body pop up, but I was still lying down! I could see my body barly. It was very dark around me and my body had a glowing outside. I remember doing RC several times. No sign I was in a dream. I thought of my body and emedeitly entered it. I tryed to leave and I felt the vibrations, well I know I did but I don't remember how they felt. Then my astral arm lifted out of my real arm. Even though my eyes were closed, I could see, the same darkish room I was sleeping in. I exited for about 1 second and every thing went black.

What are your opions? Real or fake? Dream or reality?

I had an experience like that, but it was just a dream, since I'm not slim in real life.
