Please Explain...
I'm not quite sure what it is or quite how to describe it but here goes...
when i go to bed at night, i can relax and then look at somewhere on my cieling or walls. If i can do it right, i sort of not look at anything and then my sight gets blurry, and then starts turning into a grey-ish fog.
it is hard to maintain, as it is hard not to look at anything with your eyes open.
When its darker, the room turns black very easily, and i see a black fog.
when i move my eyes to look at something, there is like an image burned on to my eyes temporarily, such that some of the things in my room appear to have a glow.
help would be appreciated.

Doesn't sound out of the ordinary or anything... Given your description, I'm not sure how to go about answering.. Could you possibly explain more?

well, i'd be lying in my bed, looking at a corner in my room, and then maybe i'd get distracted by a thought, but i would find myself not looking at anything.
its hard to do when active, i thinks its easier when lying in bed.
there was little light in my room, and that might make a difference.
but, yeah, i would just be lying down thinking and my sight would start turning grey. i can now do it at will, in a way, because i know how it works. i can make the edges of my sight grey, but it is very hard to make my entire sight turn grey.
sometimes, when i try, i can sort of feel some grey patches in my sight moving around, without realising they are there.
