      Years and years of practice?

This sort of shared-dreaming is highly speculative at best. Especially when you're talking about 4 different people. I wouldn't count on it, but I suppose there are those who do believe in this sort of thing.

If the four of you are interested in exploring dreaming, you're probably all better off comparing notes and ideas to help one another get more out of the individual experience.

This is shared dreaming, depends if you believe in the stuff really. I haven't experienced it personally and don't know anything about it either. Maybe some other people with experience with this can help you?

Hello and welcome to Dream Views.

In response to your question... I have no idea.
Perhaps you should visit the beyond dreaming forum, may be some tips down there on how to set up shared dreaming experiences.

Best of luck with your dreaming endeavors.

      Welcome to DV, dman2501.

I'm not sure about the Shared Dreaming. I haven't heard a lot success stories to make me believe it's possible.

If you haven't yet read the quick Start Guide at the top of this Newbie forum to help you get the feel of this site. http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=36723

      Good luck...

      Welcome dman.

Shared dreaming is something not many people master. I only know of one person who was able to accomplish it with strength and integrity and it took him years to be able to get himself to a point where he could do so.

For more on that, go to the source:

"Tales of Power" by Carlos Castaneda.

      Good luck.

      Shared dreaming

Per your request, here is what I know about shared dreaming:

First, you must have completely mastered Lucidity. You must be able to recognize and remember EVERY dream and control every aspect of it.

Most people never even get that far.

For those who do, they are simply beginning the path to Dream Mastery - which is what is required to functionally share dreams with others (who, by the way must also have this level of mastery)

The next steps in shared dreaming are creating a place that you go to every time you begin to dream. You create this space with infinite attention to detail - every time you dream. You pour your energy into making it absolutely identical each and ever time, right down to individual blades of grass. By doing this over and over, you truly create this realm in the Nagual and it is as real and solid as the seat you're sitting in now.

Once you've established your "realm", you can start to invite other spirits and/or dreaming beings into your world. While in this realm, you are impervious. You can not be harmed or touched in any way if you do not allow it.

By this time, because you are already a Dream Master, you can interact freely within and without the Nagual. You can visit 1501 Milan just as easily as 5101 Africa. You can talk to any and all of your Spirit Guides and can converse with your Benefactor at will. You can visit any person whose Benefactor gives you permission to visit - whether they're next to you ro 5,000 miles away. You can see them as they truly are, right that second. What they're wearing, what they're doing, even what they're thinking and feeling.

But you still must find someone of equal talent, understanding and ability to truly share this experience.

Think about it; let's say one night you had a dream of you and a friend. In the morning, you wake up and call your friend,"Hey" you say. "I had this dream about you last night." And your friend says, "Yeah, I know. I brought you there. That was my Dream Realm. I created it so I could talk to people in my dreams."

"Uh...yeah....sure. Hey, I gotta go... I think I have a sweater to de-pill. I'll, uh, call you later...."

Unless someone has achieved the same level of actuality as you in the Dreamtime, they will not understand what you have done and they will not believe you and that will make it that much harder to reach out to them in the future.

However, with a Dream Mate, they can introduce you to their realm just as you did for them. You can walk in each other's worlds without thought for anything other than what you want to create.

So, that's it in a nutshell. From my perspective.

Others may have a different view.

What is the Nagual? Is that the dreamworld or just a certain aspect of it?
The Lord bless you and keep you, the Lord make His face shine upon you, the Lord lift up His countenance upon you, and be gracious and give you peace.

Actually, the Dreamworld is an inbetween place between the physical or Tonal world and the Spirit World. According to some, the Universe is basically divided into two experiences; the Tonal - which is everything that can be felt or experienced physically - and the Nagual (nah-WAHL)- which is is everything else. In the Toltec tradition, the term Nagual also refers to a Teacher.

It's no coincidence that that they are the same.
