Ive been into AP for a long while now, and i can achieve sleep paralysis on a regular basis. But everytime i do, i just sit there and look around and i cant freakin move. I've tried rolling around but i found that it starts to put me into a dream, until i rotate myself back. What should i do? All i can do is sit there and look at things going on around me T_T...
Any tips?

Did you induce vibrations? If you try to exit your body without inducing the vibrations, then chances are you will fail. I recommend you imagine your astral double "loosening up" from your physical. Try to will the vibrations to come on if you already know what they feel like, and if you don't (I think you do), then imagine some kind of electrical force surging throughout your body.Quote:

Another technique you might want to try is to imagine that you’re rocking back and forth inside your body, like your laying on a wave or something.
Another thing you must recognize is that if you have had previous experience with OBEs, then the feelings of the vibrations will be drastically different. Your first couple times experiencing the vibrations will be incredibly intense, but after you've had a couple OBEs, the vibrations will feel like your slowly swaying inside your body (I've heard this is because after your first few OBEs, you become more in tune with the astral, resulting in less intense vibrations and gentler transition into the astral).
Also, when your paralyzed, you may be trying to hard physically to move your astral body. Remember to relax and only use mental force.
Ahh thanks wer. Dude i havent talked to you in forever. I thought you had quit dream views ha. I forgot about this thread, but what i have been doing the last couple of nights is once i enter SP, (after the vibrations, which put me into SP), i look around, see if i can move or not, and if i cant, then i close my astral sight eyes, and i imagine myself beeing pulled out. Then once im out, i can walk around. Im still trying to get my body to be strong enough to move to other places than just my town. Ive been trying flying, walking through walls, and ive been looking for other things in the astral. Ive noticed however, that my house is not haunted, which i feared it was. Thats great news for me haha. This all comes slow, i guess, and MC just isnt that far away anymore :p
