      What is it?

      This is my first post.
i found this topic by googling since im trying to find more info about this.

This actually happened to me many times.

I get about 1-3 dreams a week, usually in color about events that occur later in the week/month.

      I don't fully understand it.

Just about 2 weeks ago i started writing my dreams.
Every time i dream, i wake up and write about it.
I write every single detail i can remember.
I do this so i have a reference that I ACTUALLY dreamed about it when the event happens, and I've noticed it does.
Its more than a dejavu feeling.

I also experience "de ja vu" alot.
And its not like 2 seconds of de ja vu, its usually about a minute or so.
When this happens, i usually just sit there like "wow, im having de javu and this-and-this is about to happen"

I want to learn more about this.
Ive been having dreams like these and de ja vu ever since i can remember.

      Welcome.

You know on that date what will happen, so you make it happen and it confuses you. But you had the event planned in your dreams.

      An example would be....

If it's a girl you know who always walks down this path at so and so time, your brain remembers it, and the time, although you don't because your subconcsious > all. So pretty much you know who to look for, her pattern, the time. The wheather would be a couincidence. Yep, the brain is a beast.

This is just my opinion, i'm sure others will feel differently.

"de ja vu" this happens because of delusion

my understanding is, first you have the dream and then it occurs in reality

similarly I personally feel sometimes that i have experienced [this] before, not recalling ever actually dreaming it at all (in my sleep) so to say...

meditation will clear your head of these thoughts and feelings possibly giving you insight or realization to what it is.

there was a very persistent monk who would in every breath he took asked "What is it?" even in the bathroom
