      Astral Plane/ Lucid Dream?

      couldnt it be possibe that the astral plane is the same thing as a lucid dream? i dont mean OBEs because those have been proven to be real, but this whole astral plane where you go to another world seems just like a lucid dream. i would like to know what the experts on APs think. i would like to be proven wrong!

      Both yes, and no

      Lucid dreams can grant acces to the astral plane yes, but alot of them take place within our own mind bubbles aswell. Quite frankly, there is no way to give proof to anybody and show them the astral plane even exist, I say it does, why? I have my reasons, though they are impossible to explain.

      I'm right with you Lucius. You can't define the undefineable and you can't really explain the unexplainable. It's up to you finkployd on how you would/will experience it.
