      Precognitive Dreaming - Holy Crap

Hey, guys. I never used to believe in things like this at all, but I proved myself wrong a while ago.
When I was a kid I would always say "oh, I've seen this before in a dream", but it people always shot me down and told me it was my imagination.
Over the past year, after I've begun to try to dream lucidly (which hasnt worked all too well), I've seen so many things from my dreams, its crazy.

The only thing I'm having trouble with is that they dont seem like the conventional precognitive dream.
My dreams are random and crazy, and dont seem to make any sense at all. Its like my mind is vomitting thoughts all together, but the thing is when I have PcDreams, they seem this was as well. Not vivid or anything, just crazy.
But then I'll travel to some place I've never been, and I know its the scene from where part of my dream took place, whether it was for a second or not.
Then the pieces might come together later, seeing a different part of the dream, the situations in real life corrosponding with the other ones in real life as well.

If this doesnt make sense, I understand. I just want to know whats going on, and that I'm not crazy. I'm sure that I'm not making this up in my brain, because its happened so many times. Agh.

What do you guys think about this?

It's normal to feel what you're feeling. This kind of confusion comes when your mind experiences something which didn't fit into its schemes, and first reaction is to try to rationalize to get back to the normal feeling of sureness by a) denying it or b) desperately trying to find some logic to it.

Life is a mystery and sometimes you can't find a 'rational' explanation to some phenomenon, so the only thing you can do is accept and rearrange those preconceived ideas to broaden your mind

Sadly, this is just going to turn into a pissing match of
"I saw it in my dreams, really!"
      "Nuh uh, prove it!"

But I'll say this, Songbird- There will be other people ( like me, coincidentally ) that actually understand what that feels like. Much like trying to describe the altered state of a lucid dream to someone that does not believe it possible, there is very little concrete proof to back up what you feel and see.

I grew up with precognitive dreams, enough of them that I got to the point of shrugging it off as 'just another thing I saw before'.

The one that really proved it to myself- I met someone for the first time, first day of school or new student or something, I dont remember now. Went over and talked to him, said something, and then bam, I knew the exact next words out of his mouth. I could have said them out loud as he did.
Send me a PM with a way to contact you, im more than willing to talk and learn.

This dosn't sound like normal deja vu's...

But anyways, if you haven't; Do start a dream journal! That would make solid proof that you dreamt it before it happened. And it might also give clues to which of your dreams will come true, and which are just normal dreams.

It'd be crazy if you could record one and then have it happen! That way you can also shove it up people who say it's your imaginations faces and go 'Hah!'
