      Divine union and LD's

Since the dawn of man we have been looking for salvation from the trials of our individual existence many techniques and meditations have been devised so that we may put ourselves in the correct circamstances to see our true self, buddha nature, or christ consciousness in order to loose or individual existence which is the source of all pain and become in union with the divine ground. This liberation is infact coused by the realization of what we already are which is the divine ground which has temporarily manifested in space-time and confined itsilf within the mind forgeting its true nature and the only cure is death of the indvidual who claims this seperate existance from god which coincides with christianity in that the the son of god had to die in order to decend into heaven jesus representing the individual so that the christ conciousness can decend into the kindom of the father which is within all of us. Lucid dreaming just as any way of liberation is not a end in itself only the means of seeing our true nature as the divine ground which lucid dreaming does very well showing us just how ignorant we are and showing us how profound the awakening of conciousness is releasing us from all fears of the moment giving us the knowledge that all we experience is mind which is a good example of the awakening of our true self in this world which also releases us from the bonds we put before ourselves giving us salvation from the self we dream ourselves to be and delivers us into the kingdome of heaven or the buddha mind.
We ourselves are not an illusory part of Reality; rather are we Reality itself illusorily conceived.

Since the dawn of man we have been looking for salvation from the trials of our individual existence. Many techniques and meditations have been devised so that we may put ourselves in the correct circamstances to see our true self - buddha nature, or christ consciousness - in order to loose or individual existence and become in union with the divine ground. The individual existence is the source of all pain. This liberation is infact caused by the realization of what we already are - the divine ground which has temporarily manifested in spacetime and confined itself within the mind, forgetting its true nature. The only cure is death of the indvidual, who claims this seperate existance from god (which coincides with christianity in that the the son of god had to die in order to decend into heaven; jesus representing the individual; so that the christ conciousness can decend into the kindom of the father, which is within all of us). Lucid dreaming just as any way of liberation is not an end in itself, only the means of seeing our true nature as the divine ground. This lucid dreaming does very well, showing us just how ignorant we are and showing us how profound the awakening of conciousness is. It can release us from all fears of the moment, giving us the knowledge that all we experience is mind, which is a good example of the awakening of our true self in this world. This also releases us from the bonds we put before ourselves, giving us salvation from the self we dream ourselves to be, and delivers us into the kingdom of heaven or the buddha mind.

There you go, a (more) readable version.

      "Thank you georg"

I take it that you mean how when we become aware of our dream we immediately realize that all the appearant reality of the dream was only created by our mind, and that this parallels with the waking reality aswell. And that this has to be realized..

the start of the journey to liberation..

Mindfulness is the aware, balanced acceptance of the present experience.
It isn't more complicated that that.
It is opening to or recieving the present moment, pleasant or unpleasant, just as it is,
without either clinging to it or rejecting it.
