      almsot had astraled

      last night for first time i had what im pretty sure was a astral projection now mind you i only managed to get my upper body out and couldn't get my lower body out i think i was a astraling cause i proped myself on my elbow yet i was still asleep and i think i could see my hand laying there like my hand was transparent abit the astral part any clues how to do astral once you know your sleep paralyzed?

      Probably at some point in your separation attempt you struggled to get free, right? I know that always used to happen to me. The more I would struggle the more stuck I would become. You might try to concentrate on the sensation of floating. Or visualize that you are a few feet in the air above your body.
