Thread: OBE's and demons

From what I understand, it seems that these "demons" can only frighten you and cannot attack you. They "feed" off from your fear. So if you do see this thing again you could try ignoring it, or speaking in a rational manner letting it know that you know it can't harm you and are not frightened of it.

next time try doing some RCs? maybe you're dreaming... i dunno

If it attacks you, find out as much as you can about it, ask it questions? maybe you'll find out what it's there for so you can do more next time.

i've never had an OBE myself, so i am probably over simplifying a bit.

Supposedly in there are many a malicious spirit the higher planes and in our own. Fight it, and it'll go away.

Was it fear because it was evil or fear because you had no understanding of the creature standing before you. Its hard to say whether or not they are evil, but they are so different and alien to us it strikes a primal fear within us.

One of them spoke to me, it was a gluttoral language, I may not have understood the words if thats what they were but I got the meaning, it was a warning. It caused me no harm, the fear I felt came from myself and not from the actions of the being.... Im not sure about them either, I try not to be afraid but damn its frikin scary as hell to have something standing near you and you can feel its presence and well its just a shadow!

I did encounter something else though, that I will call evil, it had no shape and it did attack me repeatedly and I found out later that It had also bothered my mom when she was younger.

If you do encounter something that tries to harm you yes fight back resist or flee, sometimes you must retreat in order to gain ground in a battle. Figting them is no easy task, most are stubborn, be prepared to have nightmares even with all that you know of lucid dreams, many of those things out there have been around for a very long time and are NOT to be F*#$ed with Do not go out willingly looking for something to fight, you might piss something off.

On a side note, there are beings out there that can impart useful information, beautiful visions and just give you the warm fuzzies they are the ones you should be looking for =) .

I grew up in a household with an active entity that I saw at age thirteen. I found an account years later about a sorcerer who called forth a "demon" and asked it questions. The description of the being exactly matched that of the one in my childhood home. The being was asked by the sorcerer if it was evil to which it replied that it it was not evil because evil was a human perception, it claimed that it was only different. It lived in another dimension.

get yourself energy shields and energy spears and start shooting energy starts at it. That's what it said on this wingmakers site...

It would be pretty cool/scary if the demon took control of your body...and you were trapped out.

Trapping you out of your own body would be impossible.

Astral demons are not harmful at all, at the most, a higher spirit could cast a spell on you. But this was just your fear. What you saw was probably just your minds fears, and that demon was an object of the mind. You can't become "tookin over" by spirits, unless you give them permission to take your body over. And if you ever feel afraid during a OBE, think of your body, you will return to it in a flash.

Goldenslumber, most cases of what ppl call a obe is in 99% just a smart ld with a body double.
Do a test the next time, because having a body double in bed can just as easely happen in your dreams of lds.

When ppl have a near death experience 75% has a sort of heaven experience but what most ppl dont know is that 25% of the ppl then has a hell experience thats so freaking real and fearfull that they are not jsut scared of death. But really are traumitized for the rest of there lives!

What you could have encountered was or a negative suggestion/association or an entity that because of the fact in dreams you are way more empathic sensitive, projected itself on your dream to make you having fear,
The last case isnt dangerous it just can be a pest.

A real obe is under deep sleep, ppl that have a real obe from there near death experience are changed for ever...you dont see that from fake obe's.

I made some test long ago to test if a obe was real or a clever ld or dream.
I tested it with some others and in almost all cases it were just smart lds with a body double in bed or at the couch etc.

why don't you test it? NExt tiem you get an OBE, look under the bed or in a box and compare it to what you see when you wake up andd se for youself

why would that be cool? i know of the devil doing something where he uses you to get into this world. its called riding the witches back and im quite sure that most everyone has experienced this. its the feeling when you first start to fall asleep and you suddenly feel like you fall. it makes you wake up and its kinda hard to describe. i dont quite know all the details but this is how he gets into our plane of existence from his (3rd heaven i think). this is also how people get possessed because he gets trapped. ive heard that if it happens to you that if you throw salt in the air right behind you right after it happens you can see him. i got the salt from a very reliable source so its not something to immediatly call an urban legend. try this and get back to me. i cant because i dont think the devil can do it to me anymore.

If you can lucid dream you can face any of your adversaries face to face and they will diminish.
Also A persons relgious beliefs can alter what you feel and see through the conditioned mind. Just as my view has been conditioned to believe what I believe. But to be aware that this lableing process happens will help you to understand any issues you have. Ultimatly you have to decide what is fake or what is real to you.

Sounds exactly like something an evil being would claim. True evil many times does not like to be perceived as evil, because this perception can cause defensive mechanisms which make it harder to control subjects (evil ones thrive on power, control, desire, and fear).

I have a suggestion, although it may not work with this like it does w/Sci-fis, oh well. If you think that an evil spirit is going to get you, go hide in your friends/family member's dream until you think the danger is over, b/c if they try to get you when you are hiding in your alley's dream, then if the alley is a LDer, he/she can torture them!!
