      Sharing dreams

I'd like to try and share a dream with one of my friends. I've known her ever since I can remember, and we've always had this strange... connection. I always feel like her brain is mine and vice versa lol. Anyway, how do you go about sharing a dream with someone? First off, is it even possible?

No-one has perfected this yet, and anyone who can get a 50-50 chance by will is pretty damn good! But yes, it's possible, and good luck.

dont let nething discorage u. its happened to me b4. keep in mind that if u have a dream w/ her & she duznt remember, thers still a chance she mite stumble across the same dream later on.dreams dont necessarily have to have any sence of time to them. oh ya, & watch out for dc's. theyre usually a bit stupider than a real person. dont let them fool u. :^)
you all laugh because i am different.

It's really hard to convince sceptics of shared dreaming, but it seems entirely possible

Some encouragement - my wife actually entered my dreams, and shared them intentionally
But since she's only tried it twice since - and both times I wasn't dreaming ...
She reckons she needs to be in the right state of mind

      Good luck though

In other words, it's really hard to convince any rational human being of shared dreaming.

Until you experience it, and find it unexplainable - I guess so
So until there's a valid explanataion...
And no, coincidence doesn't cut it for me, because it wasn't a chance event I had with my wife
I'm still confused about it myself and it had nothing to do with anything *I* did

Peebrain from psipog.net was a 'rational' even 'sceptical' person. So were some of the others.
And they're still doing things that are considered paranormal all the same...

Sharing Dreams is defiantly possible. I first came to Dream Views to do a private experiment if I could share a dream with someone that I knew nothing about. This was about two years ago. I had previously shared dreams with those I was connected with but I was..damned curious if it could be done without an emotional connection (or energetic cords that connected you to someone else).
I was referred, then, by the dream mod form another forum, to DV.

I thought of it as a double blind experiment. (Although I am VERY right brain dominate, I have developed a love of science)
It was verified; via dream journals and later...private conversations.

Have fun, Golden Slumbers.. and have patience with yourself. Shared dreams (and lucid dreaming in general) is worth every bit of effort but into it, and the the results are simply awesome.

(My personal favorite was standing under Japanese cherry trees and directing the blossoms to flow over me and my partner in a beautiful way)
