      energy gust

      Alot of times when i am trying to go to sleep, but not always tired i get this weird head rush after laying down. It starts at the tip of my head then moves down to my eyes. It sounds like a huge gust of wind...only energy..really strange. I do not think anything is wrong with my since i have had this since i was young, but it is just a weird feeling.
      Anyone else get this? It is really strange i will admit

      never heard of it but as an experiment, if you know it's coming, put the tip of your tongue to the roof of your mouth (just above the front teeth) and see if the energy flows further down than your eyes.
      the other possibility it might me is something to do with your sinus passages, though that's just a wild guess.

      I will try that next time. As for it being sinus, i am not sure, could be but it feels different that that
