Thread: Energy work hallucinations

I was lying on my bed finally motivated to do my daily energy work on my feet and my hands with my eyes open. I started staring and I kept getting these visual fluctuations in the room, and there kept being waves of the room getting darker and darker. I wanted to see how far I could take this and eventually there were periods where I became entirely blind to my normal sight.

I am wondering what the hell that was, it was very strange. As a result from my energy work too, I keep getting these bumps on my skin that I feel as annoying little pinpricks during the energy work...

Wierd.

Anybody experience the same type of visual hallucinations with their meditations or anything of the like?
