      Questions about AP

      how can u tell if you are AP'ing or LD'ing. If you AP you go to an astral plane which is different from the world we r in now, if everything is different how can u be sure u are just not having a lucid dream

      It's a matter of faith in my opinion. I believe that it is one of many abilities that God has given humanity that have not been widely discovered, researched, or accepted yet, like telekinesis.
