Please clear this up. Dream walkers, Night Stalkers, etc etc.

I've searched both of these, however I haven't come across anything that clearly defines what they are and what they do. I just read something about Succubus' and Incubus', Astrol Projection/Plains and OBE's.

If anyone is willing to take the time, please clear up these topics for me:

-Astral Plains (what are they, what do they look like, what you can do, etc.)
-Dream Walkers (Do I have the name right?)
      -Night Stalkers
-Any other entities that supposedly dwell in these places.

What I have read of so far is, a Dream Walker is a good entity, someone whom projects their conciousness (or something) into your subconcious, thus being in your dream. A Night Stalker is the opposite, a bad entity.

I'm very curious. Lets leave the believers and non believers arguments out of this; I just want to have this cleared up. That's all.

Thanks. I've already read those and for some reason I was still at lacking understanding. Maybe I read through too quick. I'll read them again. Thanks!
