      Yes. I have had a couple of one hour sessions and have found them to be an excellent way to meditate. The idea is that by depriving you of sensory information (touch, sound, sight) it enables your mind to become quiet by not latching on to things.

      I would recommend regular practice of meditation to become more familiar with your mind to get the best benefit otherwise you might be just lying there for an hour waiting for it to be over.

      It can be an amazing experience but don't go into it thinking its going to be an acid trip. Its definately a meditative experience.

      Joe Rogan said in Burbank, CA there was a place you could get into these tanks. What other cities do you know of that have them?
