      Astral Projection: seeking information...

      ---I apologize if there is (which I know, there is most likely) a board already existing that is asking this same thing. Feel free to direct me to it if I'm just oblivious and didn't look hard enough.---

      So. I am incredibly interested in this 'astral projection' thing. I would be really interested to hear your experiences with it, experiences you've heard of, links, books, etc... Really, anything that can keep me occupied and keep me reading for hours/days while I try to fill my itty brain up with knowledge on this subject.

      So - links, forums, other boards, stories, myths, rumors, experiences and any other whatnots are more than appreciated.

      .... I did scroll down. I went to the last page of the forum and searched random pages for something that had references that weren't simply specific questions about astral projection. I'm not trying to clog up the board, I'm just asking for information because I didn't find what I was looking for in any threads.

      I have been searching through the forum for things about what it... is exactly. I think I have a basic idea but I'm not sure. Also, I'm trying to search through random websites that come up online.

      I suppose I would just like a guide/reading material to go through on the subject overall so that I can get a good grasp on what it is exactly and how people achieve it.

      There are a lot of books on Astral travel like the all-time classic: "Journeys out of the body", by Robert Monroe and "Adventures beyond the Body" by William Buhlman, both know what they are talking about. I just published my own book here, where you can read some of the content:

      yes, i've got a book called 'ASTRAL DYNAMICS - a new approach to out of body experience' by Robert Bruce.

      its really good, he's a lifelong natural at AP, teaches workshops in it, and has spent most of his life trying to map and understand the astral realms for the purposes of understanding and navigating them.

      there's a full explanation of how he thinks it all works, from excersizes and techniques to prime your energy body before attempting it as well as tips on how to exit and what to do when you're out. also lots of info about stuff you might encounter while 'out' and tips on avoiding common pitfalls.

      i managed to AP on my first attempt after reading just half the book. not sure if that was the book, me or just luck!
