AP Questions

Howdy there, AP experts. I'm interested in AP, but I have a few qualms based on some things I've heard, so here are my Qs.

Can you be mentally/psychologically/physically harmed while in other planes? Do the "shadow beings" or "energy suckers" in any other planes pose any serious threat? It it possible to be permanently stuck in the astral planes?

And I'm curious... when APing in the physical plane, can you interact with real people? (It's be pretty fun if you could. :3 )

Yes you can interact with people / beings. Though they might not be as of aware as you are depending on which plane you visit.
