Thread: LD AP OBE difference

does anyone know for sure that these three are completely different? ive lucid dreamed a lot, but done non of the others, i may have OBE'd a few times because when i lucid dream i come back to my body, then go out again, i sometimes realise im dreaming in a dream, but commonly realise i am leaving my body after short sleep, like ive just come out,

i had this thought that LD is when you realise when you are in the 'other world' and AP and OBE is when you are aware of the process of getting there? but may be completely wrong, can anyone prove it 100%? im not debating, just trying to get to the core. thanks
