Am I having OBE's?

Out of body experiences...

Here are the few I thought I've had. They all have something in Common.

1) I heard a buzzing noise in the back of my head...

Once that noise goes away... It seems like I'm laying on my bed... So I try to get up... 90% of the times ( like 7), I'm stuck to my body... Like, I try to separate starting from my head (If I'm facing up) but my body is so heavy. So it becomes frustrating... about 2 out of those 7 times I failed and woke up while trying or just layed back down and fell back asleep (That was my first time, I got really SAD and scared). Also, twice it happened while laying on my stomach, those two times I slid out sideways and basically fell off the bed..

Now the times that I succesfully got out and got up... I looked at my bed (except one that I just fled the room) and I saw my body, except I never really see it, but I see something covered by my sheets (I always assume I am inside the sheets)... Also everything is dark. Once, the time I fled, I felt very weak, and my legs where shaking (wanting to crumble) and I went outside, and it was sunny (I live in Miami, and indeed when I woke up and checked it was very sunny) and I walked and next to the house there was a black truck... (when I woke up I went outside and saw the same exact truck, but across the street) (That truck is usually never there either)

I walked past the truck and I started getting weaker so I ran and tried to fly and it got too dark and I woke up!

Have I been having Out of Body Experiences? :shock:

It sounds to me like you are just having FA's. Try doing a dream check. If you find you are having an FA, just play along with it, but you should try to find some other people and see what they are doing, then ask them about it later, regardless of whether you were having a FA or not. It would be cool if we found out that all FA's were really OBE's.
