How can you verify what you are doing? How can you tell if you are fooling yourself or not?
With websites, are there any that you suggest us going to that are reliable? I cannot created a practice schedule or basically do anything because as you said the information is not reliable.
I just want help with finding out these basics to leaning psi, so if you could maybe write up some information to teach me the basics, or just linking me to a guide that would be reliable to use, that would be awesome and thanks.
