astral projection - HELP PLEASE!

hey guys

im trying astral projection (completely clueless) and ive read some things people posted having to do with 'pushing your energies' but how do you find the energy; what's it feel like and how do you push it? is there anything dangerous about APing? once again i have absolutely no idea how i do this and i dont know anyone else who tries this stuff. if i asked, i think most people will say im crazy. any advice?

Well, you have WILD'ed two times. Is not WILD is a thing that astral warriors call astral projection?

Read Astral Dynamics by Robert Bruce. Pretty much covers everything.

Generally (like generally you won't get into a car or plane crash if you follow basic obvious safety instruction) AP is not dangerous, but I advise you to please READ a lot about it, meditate, and clear out any negative thoughts or energies before experimenting with it. You'll have a much better chance of succeeding then.

If you want to AP because you're looking for a fun cool experience, then just stick to LDing--that's much easier and you can do anything you want. Then you can do all kinds of great stuff you can brag about later.

If you're ready to start a lifetime spiritual commitment, then study more about AP, make your decision, and go for it. This type of thing--like meditation--will NOT give you a bunch of awesome rewards right off the bat. It takes years of work, no one believes you (or cares), and requires you to face a lot of personal/spiritual baggage you don't want to deal with.
