Aliens??Ghost Hands??

Whats up yal!!? Ay last week I had this weird thing happen to me.
I was sleepin like normal but than I woked up and I couldn't move and I kept hearing these voices callin my name and I could feel sum one behind me like I just knew sumthing was behind me than I fall back to sleep only to wake up again with the same thing happenin only this time I see what look like to be an alien or something and I couldnt move sraced and shit I tried movin so baD THat I seen my hands move but not my real hands almost like my ghost hands(I think??) after that I woked up and it was mornin sun out and everything but it seemed like a long night!! what yal think what was goin on?

Also last year I fell asleep than all I know Im sittin up smoking a newport watching tv in my room like nothing than something came to me like didnt I just go to sleep than I find myself waking up?? I mean I could feel smell the smoke and hear the tv well it was soo real I cant explain it. I tried tellin my mom she just thinks its the weed but I dont think so.

don't worry, its a common phenomenon. if you found the experience discomforting you can read up about it online. bad sleeping habits can create it. otherwise, there are threads here on this forum that talk about how to use sleep paralysis to enter a lucid dream

Thankz yal!! Yeah that explains it I think that all it was and yeah I'm gon try and do that Lucid dream although my dreams do be very very vivid at times..

People can turn it into a lucid dream. not sure how though.
