      Insane Hypnopompic Convulsions?

Okay so I was having a dream about something I can't recall and suddenly I hear my grandma (who was sleeping on the couch next to me) call out my name. I tell myself to wakeup because someone was trying to talk to me and In my attempt to wake up, I find myself stuck in between "dream" and "reality." All of a sudden my vision looks like satellite TV interference and my eyes went all insane. Like I was trying to open them and they were rolling around in my head; my body was fighting. I was seeing part dream world and part real world. While all this is happening, my body is violently shaking and I can't make it stop even though I am fighting so hard. And I'm trying to call for my grandma but no words are coming out. And then all of a sudden it stops, I can see and I'm just sitting there with my heart racing praying that that would never happen again. Any thoughts?

seriously CeDeR...sounds to me like hallucinatory convulsions are not hard to discern.

ksilotto. A lot of people can force themselves awake, and I guess you got stuck and had the 'sleep paralysis' experience. Also, I vote for the new name of IHC.
