If you are confident in what you saw, then you shouldn't start denying it yourself. I don't think your a psycho but you gotta start trusting yourself in this issue, because, your the only one who has seen these things and you are confident that it couldn't have been HH

Isn't HH is Hypnoic Imagery, why is it HH then?

I get that, no face though just the shadowy outline of someone. Strange things in my house to, creeps me out knowing someone hung themselves in my room. And i dont really believe in ghosts either, best bet I can say is try not to be affraid, that seems to me at least let your imagination take control then things get scary

That's HI. HH is the hallucinations you get before going to sleep/WILD such as sound.

huh? I think he meant its because you looked, so did they Its similar if you are walking in a store and then the guy infront of you jumps out of the way, you'll likely do the same

I tried the same thing with my dog and cat. Nothing happened.

Oh well I will just forget about it I guess. Just creeps me out because I had screaming in the back of my head and someone say "pst! Steven!" when I was younger and saw some floaty thing

I believe we've gotten so used to the abbreviations that we forget the original terms (no offense to anybody, please).

Interesting bit of information I'd like to put out here:

A beginning Telepath will have trouble putting thoughts into the mind of an awake person; especially if that person is not a psionics oriented person.
Additionally, that beginnig telepath will have trouble manipulating the dreams of the same sleeping person.

There is a window where the weak, beginning telepath can manipulate the mind of somebody though. That is during a state of 'Hypnagogia.'

Hypnagogia is the brief (only a few seconds usually) stage between waking and sleeping. We often drift into this state during the day if we are tired or bored enough; it is commonly called daydreaming.

If you are seeing vivid imagery during your Hypnagogic stages of falling asleep, it may be normal because it happens to everybody; but if it seems especially vivid, you may be getting these images from a practicing telepathic psion who got your mind signature somehow and is trying to freak you out.

Learn to "scan" if you want to get into psionics. If the Hypnagog psion suspects you are capable of scanning, they may sever the mind-link and leave you alone.
