So, it was about 11 pm and I went and plugged in my ipod into the ipod dock (mini-stereo) then soon after went to bed. At about 3 Am I awoke due to a really bad heartburn because I ate tons of food before bed. I went back to bed and I started dreaming like every other person. The dream was about a girl and the rest is personal. So I am dreaming and all of a sudden, I start to hear the music thats coming out of the speakers from my ipod dock! While I am still dreaming! So I found that strange and when I did realize it (Lucid Dream) the dream began to fade away. Now, as the dream started to fade away, I started to hear a girl call my name ( not the girl from my dream though) as it gradually got louder and louder I "woke up" and realized that I was frozen still, I couldn't move a muscle, and the girl was still calling my name (Sleep Paralysis). I started panicking because I was wide awake and on top of that, a girl somwhere in my room was calling my name. I started moving my body as much as I can to see where this girl was coming from. As that happened, my body was slowly breaking free from SP and the strangest thing happened. As I "popped" back into my body the girls soothing voice dissapered and I heard a loud deep rumble in my room. Like if there was a thunderstorm in my room. It was only after that sound, I was able to move and fully function. How strange huh? Tell me what you think or if you have had an experience like this before. Thanks!

Your crazy, simple as that JK hmm, sounds like it was mostly SP to me. When you have SP, you often hear noises and can hear people calling your name. If you were to imagine or try to lift yourself out of your body during SP, you would have had an OBE. Alternatively, you could close your eyes and look at the images and eventually you'll slip back into an LD if you hold on and not fall asleep
