Hello everyone,
From what I've read about meditation, it seems you can sit in any position(I do lotus not to fall asleep, etc....), relax yourself and concentrate on your breath along with emptying your mind of your thoughts. Eventually, your supposed to have a blank mind with no thoughts, thus, successful meditation. However, I've heard conflicting accounts where you have to have only ONE thought instead of none. So, which is it, one or none? :)
