Thread: short obe

i was lying in bed last night doing reiki on my third eye area, it was around 12am. i drifted off and then (time sort of stopped) i noticed my bed below me ( i was floating above) it took my about a minute to register i was out of my body (i thought i was dreaming because everything was blurry, but it was just dark) then i thought, i should go somewhere! but a few seconds later i "woke up" in my body with the worst panic attack ever. it was 12:20 so it couldnt have been a dream because i wouldnt have entered REM. i tried to induce and OBE after but i couldnt. the end.
