      weird third eye feeling?

      whenever i focus on the ''third eye" the spot between my eyebrows goes numb and starts to tingle and tickle, is this suppose to happen? it feels really weird.

      Thats no big deal, its just that focusing attention on certain muscle groups relaxes them. Its a natural phenomena that can occur with most any part of your body, expecially your arms and legs. This is commonly used during hypnotic inductions as a way of putting your body into a relaxed state.
