I've had 2 nightmares this week about dead people... The first time I woak up on my back with my feet crossed and my arms crossed behind my head. I was more terrified than I've ever been after a scary dream. It took me maybe an hour to fall back to sleep. |

Bollocks.
The positioning is one thing, but the dreams about dead people, I agree. I don't really care if we are seeing the same kind of concept of dead people or not, it is still freakin nutts how our minds can come up with something so horrid. I honestly really can't stand them. the 2-3 new ones weren't as bad as the first 2 I had, mainly because the first 2 were the worst I ever had, especially the 2nd, but they are still too much. So dude I can relate. |

Oh, thank God its normal. I sometimes wake up in a strange position too. I know I sleep sideways with my legs thrown across the bed, but sometimes when I wake up I'll be lying on my back in a perfect position with my feet crossed too. Its so weird. |

Some people are more restless sleepers than others, and end up moving about in bed. I often go to sleep on my side only to wake up face down with my arms above my head without circulation. |
