My weird experience?

(This happened to me roughly 2 yrs ago but I wrote everything down at the time so I wouldnt embellish it over time. Ive had any insight into it but firgured id post it on here)

I had two odd nights in a row (17th & 18th sept 2007), dream isnt the right word because it was too different to any others. Its hard to describe them because it was more the intensity of feeling rather than actual events but here's the gist...

Basically, the first night I was 'floating' around the ceiling of a small B&B (I say floating but I didnt have a body as such, I could just see everything going on) there was a fire somewhere but I couldnt see it, just alot of smoke. There were alot of people trying to help everyone out the building. I floated round & went into a room & there was a person (man or woman i do not know) but they were shouting. I flitted around the hotel a bit more, watching everything happen until waking up. The main vibe from this dream I got was confusion & panic beyond anything i've felt before.

The second night..Again I was floating around but this time I wasnt anywhere, nothing around me. Then this a man appears before me (not so much a whole being..Would it sound weird if i said his spirit/soul?..Its the vibe I got anyway), he's angry. I don't know what his rage was about but it consumed me, I was 'shown' a series of violent images, nothing much was clear just this feeling of intense rage. The last image I got was all of a sudden quite clear, I was 'in' his body & someone jams a knife right through my stomach & the last thing I see is looking down & seeing 'my' blood soaked shirt. (The shirt was green if anyone wants to know the colour for some reason? lol)
I then awoke, pumped full of adrenaline, heart racing & covered in sweat. By this point im not sure if i was hallucinating with fear that had replaced the unexplained anger but I saw an orb fly across my room...For the rest of the night I slept with the light on & dont remember any other dreams.

I hope I dont just sound like an insane luno - especially after the second night!- but yeh just wondering if anyone had any insight into what the hell went on with me for those two days?

Im not really one to belevie in ghosts (im sitting on the fence really) & I thought the whole orb thing was a complete load of bull**** before I saw what I saw.
