It is a series of spirals that put you in a trance causing you to become more susceptible to the subliminals. Link is in the OP.

Finally got log spirals working, had to run as Windows Vista/SP and Administrator. It is very useful, I have like 7 subliminal messages going on at different intervals.
Too much of a good thing? You sure that's too much subliminal messages? I mean, affirmations are shown to helps us in so many ways so I'm not so sure what too much is just as I don't think there is too much meditation. There is too much of a bad thing and these are the subliminal messages people see all over TV and internet.
I believe that your thinking of advertisements and how they have to make them subtle in order to work and not be detected. I have seven of these messages running and I can honestly feel an effect and It is like energy, good energy. Now, the media uses subliminal's against us big time, it is time to use it for the best of us :D
I think your right astralization, there is no such thing as TOO MANY subliminal messages.....if anything, that would be better. the messages will be on your subconscious mind more because your being bombarded.
And yea, subliminal messages/images are shown to you all the time on t.v. internet.
I say the more the better, but then again my computer isn't fast enough to run 7 programs at once.
Our subliminal mind is extremley powerful and we need to unleash it's potential, I heard that it is about half a million times more powerful than the conscious mind. There is so much power lingering around, but we need to find out how to unleash that power and if I find anything useful in the future I will make sure to post it. But in the meantime, you guys will greatly benefit from these affirmations. I recommend you take a look at Kelly Howells work, she works with Affirmations and talks about how powerful they are and how they can change everything in your life for the better. She has done a lot of stuff dealing with hypnosis, brain sync, and affirmations so I suggest you guys take a look at some of this helpful stuff.

astralization,
No, it's not that I don't trust you. I think you mean that I can consciously notice them? But really I don't notice them at all in terms of consciously knowing what they say, wait so are you concerned about looking directly at the messages? Because I just ignore them lol :D
astralization,
I agree, but that is just too much.
You may ignore them, but it's just too much‼ I don't mean looking directly at them so much, either. It's just that too much subliminal messaging can be bad for the effect. It affects you too much, and eventually your subconscious mind will just get used to them and they will stop working. This will happen anyway, but you can slow down the process greatly. The way you're doing it, you'll be used to it in a week. I recommend two, if you want to use more than one.
No, I'm not assuming. I may not have tried it, but I've done plenty of research to show that it's counterproductive. Please, just trust me, I've done the research, I've known people who have had less effect when using more, I know what I'm talking about, so just trust me. Please.
can i please see your evidence that says too many subliminal messages are bad. :)
It's not that we don't trust you, but if using more subliminal messages is good, then we'll do that.
Then where is the scientific evidence saying too many subliminal messages is bad?
That's like saying too many positive affirmations are bad lol
I'm not discussing this any longer. If you want to get a negative affect from a normally positive thing, be my freakin' guest.
I found this...
Spoiler for http://www.clydesight.com/DSPP/subworks.html:
It is kind of the same idea...
I disagree, "I feel good" is a good affirmation because it is short and simple. I Believe it is really effective just as "I feel terrible" is effective to make you feel negative. By effectiveness, the scientists are talking about certain areas or goals people are aiming for, for example if someone want's to quit a certain habit. Affirmations must be targeted to that behavior.
I can literally feel the effect of the subliminal messages I have experienced. I feel a lot better after experiencing those affirmations, all of them had good messages behind them. People must heal themselves with these messages because they really do work.
Of course, though, these are lucid dreaming affirmations, which is a very specific topic indeed. A few well-placed, specific affirmations are going to be a lot more effective than a lot of random flickers across the screen.
Now, you really do adapt to them. Consider that the accurate peripheral vision of the average human is about an inch in any direction. Don't believe me? Look at a single word on your computer screen. Now, can you make out any more than the very closest of words, if that? Nope. So, you DO have to pay attention to the flickers at some level, or else they're just colorful smudges. Running one or two applications will not breed this habit of ignoring them as quickly as will running 7 or more applications. Besides, you can also only look in one direction at once...this means you get one or two flickers at a time anyway. :P Plus, there's always the risk of overlap, which can obscure the messages.
Oh, leave the fucker alone. If he wants to fail in his quest for lucidity, let him. I don't care, he can do what he wants, doesn't hurt me.
Anyone know of a free software that does that for Mac OSX?
Would be greatly appreciated.
Take care
