Help! How to Stop Lucid Dreams for awhile
I know this is a strange thing to request. I Lucid dream way toooooo much and it's driving me to the point of fatigue. I now am aware of when I am falling asleep. When I am entering the dream state I am darkness and then I see moving scenes before me. I choose one scene and boom I am in that dream but in a lucid state. It's so strange because I actually feel myself tremble a bit. I also hear a noise. A noise I just can't place. Like almost a sound coming from a machine. A constant vibrating, humming sound. It's not loud just enough to bug the heck out of me. Has anyone had this? I tried drawing what a see in my dreams and also writing the dream into stories. But it doesn't work. I just wake up tired. I know it seems like everyone wants to lucid dream I don't. Not all my lucid states are nice. I can wake myself up at any time in them it's just horrible to see horrid things and remember them so clearly because you were lucid. I dream too much I have an average of about 5 to 7 dreams I recall a night. If someone has any suggestions I would love to have a senseless dream dream. One where I don't know who I am or where I am. In fact I would love to be able to not recall a dream for just one night. God that would be bliss. I want a non sensless non lucid dream. :-(
