      We are both getting it!

      My boyfriend and I are both having bad dreams. The night before he said I was talking loudly in my sleep and obviously fighting with something.

      Last night, I literally woke up to him screaming in his sleep.

      does anyone have any idea why we are both having bad dreams?

      Well, not to dimiss your worry or anything but...don't you think it's likely that it's just a mere coincidence? I mean, you each only had one nightmare. If this was an ongoing thing that was happening over the course of a few days or weeks, then I would consider taking a closer look at what might be going on.

      Lets just say Im quite an open person when it comes to spirits etc and I just feel like there is something more going on.
      We have had it before but this time it feels different

      If he's a sleep talker (sounds like he is), the things he says in his sleep would likely influence your dreams.
