Cool, yeah that's another reason I'm doing Everyman, is to see its affects on my sleep. So far its been interesting, although the adjustment is kinda tough. I'm keeping a thread on my current attempt here.
Awesome! I'm really interested in seeing exactly how changing to the Everyman affects an individual's sleep. I really want to experiment with my sleep cycles, but my schedule is too flimsy to try to maintain a serious routine.
