Nope you didn't miss a thread
My recall was a moderate 3 dreams per night but usually a 4. I don't know what happened but all of a sudden it dropped to 0. I tried several techniques but they have not worked yet. My recall just failed so i couldn't post any dreams. But i'm getting back on track trying my hardest to get atleast 1 dream per night.

I guess when i had 3 recall per night i took it for granted and slowly got lazy and thats how i lost it.

I started looking at your journal and noticed you have only 2 recent entries. Maybe I missed something (a thread maybe?) but have you just not been keeping a journal the last few weeks?

You don't build excellent recall overnight. Heck, I am still working on recall.

You just have to be patient and consistent, keep journaling and in just a week or two recall will be good enough to induce lucid dreams. Maybe even sooner. Good luck.

Hmmm, I guess it seemed odd because it was one of those really old books which are very unsmooth. Which is odd because it was as pink as - pink panther. And it had words engraved in black. It did not look like a story book. That's all I can remember.
