Thanks for the help man Actually, I didnt really consider changing my RC at all. It has worked just fine in the past, and to be honest I love it . If I ever develop that "fail" attitude, il think about it

Hi Ray23. And aw man. That consolation isn't very good at all, either. Haha. I personally don't like holding my nose, because I always think it's going to fail - and attitude is a big part of it. Some RCs I favor instead are:

• Checking my hands for deformities
• Pushing my finger through my other hand
• Reading something multiple times to check for changes
• Checking gravity
• Questioning reality – "How did I get here? What was I doing? Hey, wasn't I wearing boots?" (I never wear boots. ;D)

Sorry if I'm preaching the choir here, but just offering a few of mine. There are a ton of great ones though since you're switching your RC.

What's this "six nights left?" ^.^ GL on your goal, whatever it is anyhow. Just know that it could take years of training yourself, and you must be patient.

DEILD is awesome.

Even more if you start doing it from a lucid dream. I chained three lucids in a row thanks to DEILD.. as while I was about to wake up from the lucid, I tell to not move... is a lot easier to DEILD from a lucid.
