I was actually thinking about the topic of being in love with a dream character before I fell asleep last night. Kind of funny that it's the first topic to crop up in today's DJ entries. I think that there are a lot of really interesting arguments on both sides of the argument. On one side you can say that loving a DC is perfectly fine, it's innocent, no bad can come of it and it sometimes helps you to escape your loneliness and therefore. But on the other end, some people would just equate it to having an imaginary boyfriend/girlfriend. However, I think having a dream boyfriend/girlfriend is a bit different because you actually experience a reality with them rather than imagine them. Then one might say that dreams them-self are not real and do not justify love in a dream. The argument becomes the fact that they are real to you because they exist in a reality that you are the only human capable of experiencing. You can go back and fourth about it, and personally, I have difficulty siding completely with one particular point of view. (I went back and fourth on the matter about for about two hours last night.)

Oh man anderj, the situations you get yourself into. That really is a bummer my friend! Dang....that sorta lucid false awakening(if that makes any sense) you had is adding more salt to the wound.

That was one crazy dream!! I like the part where you touched the chains, reminded me of "I like rusty spoooons." Cool how you went from scene to scene using different mirrors. Mine was similar.

Hahaha, that sounds frustrating. I had that same problem with walking through walls and doors when I first started becoming lucid, it would always stretch out like that.
