I actually had an interesting dream about it a few days ago. I have yet to post it though.

Dreamer is right. It was definitely dyed white. It looked kind of badass actually!

Time management can be stressful, but stressing about poor time management can make it even more overwhelming sometimes.

This really brought me back to childhood in such a strong way that I wouldn't be surprised if it makes it's way into my dreams tonight as day residue.

This is the worst, and has happened to me many times. It makes you feel like you wasted the LD worrying so you didn't do anything.

Since Krista already quoted the first part, here's the other, more concrete part of that sequence that I'm going to try to keep in mind for my next lucid. I have always had good results when I do this, yet it can be so hard for me to remember to actually do it.

I wonder why it is so difficult to remember this. It helps so much to just take a moment to take it all in and relax.
Then again, I'm an absolute catastrophy when it comes to remembering my dream goals. I should probably work on that.

I slowly walk towards the ocean, taking all the time in the world.
The sound of the water is very relaxing, and I love the contrast between the warm sand and the refreshingly cold ocean breeze.
Eventually I take a few steps into the ocean, getting my feet wet. The water is very cold.

Since Krista already quoted the first part, here's the other, more concrete part of that sequence that I'm going to try to keep in mind for my next lucid. I have always had good results when I do this, yet it can be so hard for me to remember to actually do it.

I'm going to try to keep this firmly in mind for the next LD and get back the habits I once had. Thank you for the great DJ entry and for the inspiration!

Wow Hyu! It has been a long time since I have come across your DJ and it is so beautiful! That picture of the likeness of Yuya is beautiful! One of the more ordinary comments stirred me though:

But then it reminds me of when I was very young, and I'd go knocking on the neighbours door to ask them to come out and play in the street.
Back then there was nothing to worry about, no important decisions to make.
I'd ask my friends to come out with the sole goal of having a good time.

Yuya has actually straight up told me that she is a sentient being, and not a dream character created by my subconscious mind.
But I have a bit of an odd relationship with that idea. And frankly, I'm not quite sure how to put it in words.
When I dream, I sometimes have these moments where I believe. And these moments are wonderful.
But in dreams, it so much easier to believe in something.
There is no need to reason. Things can become reality simply if you desire them.
And that is obviously not the case in waking life, where I feel the need to understand something before I can accept it as a reality.
Sometimes I do entertain the idea though, but more in a "what if?" kind of way.

"But this time around he claims that it is a fictional story about another person.
And then there's the way he narrates it. It is quite different. More serious, and seemingly less exaggerated.
I'm convinced that this time, he's actually telling a genuine story from his past.`

Seriously, this entire post also made me wonder about reality of ur dreams. The scenes you describe, the dream characters including the emotions that they show and the things that they say. I find it hard to belief that these scenes are NOT the result of spontaneous conversation between sentient beings. Why else would 'crow' ask you questions about your sentient experience? I uhh know that Yuya (?) mentioned to you that she is a part of you and thus a construct of the mind. I think we should believe that.. but... that may not be the end of it. I suspect there may be another side to it that we are not aware of. So she still might be something more than just imaginaton. (and she surely is!) .. Thanks for keeping us updated Hyu. It is a pleasure of the highest order to read up on ur dreams. Much love!

What an amazing dream, hyu. The final conversation with Faye was gut-wrenching but it sounds like it represents a huge breakthrough. I sometimes forget that when you need them to, lucid dreams can go much deeper than the flying around and grinning that I spend mine on.

In any case, I'm glad that you have your dream world back!

The lucidity sequence with Dreamer was so cool! I kept kind of glancing over at the img you placed in there almost thinking, "Hey that wasn't a wink now was it? Did... did she just move?" (Yes, I performed a reality check or two here, ha ha!)

Wow, it is SO weird that you dreamt of the animated GIF avatar, because I actually had this exact idea in waking life the other day! I had a weird waking hallucination where I saw that happen from the corner of my eye and I thought, exactly like I did in your dream, that it would be a cool way to throw people off and encourage them to RC! Super cool sync!

I actually had another non-lucid dream about you last night that I haven't posted. I only recalled fragments, but I'll add it to my journal in a minute. You've been in a few of my dreams lately, but I haven't remembered any in full.

I suppose he is a recurring DC, though I don't encounter him very often.
I think the only other dream with Crow I've posted on here is this one: Talking bird
He shares some similarities with the character Crow from The Longest Journey video game series, which is the main reason I call him Crow.
He's a bit special that's for sure. But he's very charismatic and absolutely hilarious.

It's such a great idea! I've started to include pictures in some of my entries lately too, but my dream scenes are rarely as spectacular as yours!

For some reason I feel that I've actually made a lot of progress during this dream... but I don't really know why.
Perhaps it is because I was able to confront her to some degree, even though she seemed completely unaffected by anything I said.
Or maybe it is because now I feel much more determined to fix this sooner rather than later. I'm not sure.

I love the images you include in your entries, it really paints a vivid picture.

Someone here on DV actually suggested I do this, but I cannot remember who it was.
One really fun thing about it is that when I read older DJ entries of mine, sometimes the images help me remember the actual visuals of that dream.
