      June 3, 2011:
I'm in a restaurant, and it is a $13.95 brunch buffet. However, I don't see the buffet. French toast is put on my plate and on Lucas' (kid I used to babysit) plate at this small corner booth (i.e. two sides of the booth are cushion, and the other two have adjacent chairs). I am apparently a vampire or something. The waitress, who has bright red hair, keeps pouring me tons of drinks. I guzzle apple juice, cranberry juice, and even try an apple-milk syrup (which tasted very strange - I wouldn't suggest trying it yourself). I actually want some food, but I never get any.

I somehow know that I am the villain, and I head to the washroom of the restaurant (which resembles the Seewald's - tiny, and when you open the door, the sink and toilet are right there). I open the door, and Ms. Cameron is just on her way out. I apologize and go to wash my hands. As I do so, a girl comes my way. However, I'm not quite sure what happens next.

Then, I am outside the restaurant in a dirt road parking lot. I am with a Japanese guy, and we're having a conversation. I tell him how I tried to learn Japanese, but both the characters and the oral language overwhelmed me, so I tried to learn just the oral, but couldn't find the time. He is understanding. He says a word that sounds like "Haki" and I mistake it for "Houki." We appear in a car that he is driving. I'm not sure if he is trying to get out of the parking lot or not, since he keeps backing up. The entrance is very twist turny and has a loop in the middle of it for turning around, but he isn't using it.

I appear by [road] heading towards the harbour. I am on a bicycle and am biking down towards the lake with Eugene. When we get there, the water and sky are all grey. In the distance, there are dark clouds that are billowing. Sometimes, they explode and grow in size. And they are coming towards my city. I know that it signifies something bad.

      June 4, 2011:
I am not sure the order of these events. Some of them definitely come before / after each other, but I cannot place them all. It was difficult to describe.

I am with John at school, in the cafeteria, and we are working on a project of sorts. We are sitting really close together, and our legs interwine. At one point, he leans over and kisses me on the neck, and then on the lips.

At one point, I am in a field which is mostly rocky. The farmer wants to plant certain crops that we (John and I?) do not want him to plant because the soil is so poor. I see a bunch of flowers and start picking them, and this woman I somehow know (from before?) tells me that she wins the bet because I said (apparently) that I would never pick one of those flowers. She sounds smug, as though she has tricked me.

From somewhere, I see a labrytinth. Charlie's character is able to go through guys that most people can't see. His can also pick up objects (like cardboard boxes) and wear them. I see this action from almost a bird's eye view. (Imagine someone sitting on the wall, peering down below). At one point, my character acquires a mirror, which accomplishes the same task. She walks into a room that is empty save for... something. She runs out and ends up in the mall, although it is very dark and almost decorated for Halloween, it seems. One person has an arm that looks skeletal and twisted. It looks like it has a mind of its own, for it keeps moving and trying to grab me. Its holder eventually drops it on the ground. I try to walk away, but I notice it. I feel like it's calling me to pick it up.

At another point, I was calling out the names of songs as they came up on the radio, much to the shock of a random lady. I do not remember what else happened. I do remember that one of the songs was "Kill the Lights" by Britney Spears.

Dream sign appeared again, but I completely missed it. Alas. On a side note, I have discovered that for the most part, I can read pretty well in dreams.

Sleep. I am driving down a street in my van towards the mall, apparently searching for my truck. As I reach an intersection, I accidentally drive into the end of a turning lane from the people turning right, so I turn left on the red and pray no cops catch me. As I am turning, I see my friend Helena practising her driving in a dark sea-green cube van. Once at the mall, I try to park, but the gas and brake keep switching and the van lurches forward. I fear that I have hit the car in front of me, but the lady says that I am just 1mm away. I sigh in relief.

I am now in the mall, and with me is a young Chinese girl (whose name I later learn is Lindy Yan). She is about eight. My family is adopting her temporarily (like an exchange program). The mall's hallway is narrower than usual, comparable to the width of an elementary school's. I am showing Lindy the various stores, and I ask her if she remembers when we went into Shopper's Drug Mart. She says yes. I tell her that Zeller's is four times as big, and her eyes widen.

We enter a learning centre that reminds me of the one I currently work at. I am flipping through one of the booklets, and I remark on their similarity to the ones I'm used to seeing, except the grading system is a bit different. I ask Lindy in a "parent voice" if it looks fun. She gives me a firm, "No." So I look outside the centre and see the Zeller's, so I ask her if she wants to go into it. Lindy agrees.

As soon as we enter, I sit down on a bench to rest. I watch as Annie, a girl in my sociology class, and Rob, a boy who was in my split-grade French class last year, enter together. I wave and call them over. Annie, however, says that she is not Annie, but a Paige. (At this point, Lindy Yan has vanished). I apologize, saying that I always confused the names of the girls in my French class (Paige/Hannah, Holly/Daniella).

While I am telling her this, I appear in my French class from last year, which is located in the Upper West Wing of my school. When I walk outside the classroom, I am in the Upper East Wing and realize that the room behind me was my Sociology/English classroom. Right beside the door is Joe, who has a big black box in which there is a pale coffee-coloured substance with the consistency of soft ice cream. He is adding white glue to it and stirring. When I ask him what it is, he tells me it is ice cream.

He eats the whole thing after scooping it into a giant Tim Horton's travel mug. I ask him if he can make more, except in chocolate, and he agrees and gets started making it. By this time, we have teleported to the opposite side of the hall and down one door. My friends come out of my Sociology classroom and join us. Jay, one of my friends, tells us that Rock Band is up and running back in the classroom, but there is only room for four. We decide to split our group of eight in half, with four eating ice cream and four playing Rock Band. Then, we'll switch. I decide to eat my ice cream first. However, when I peek into the classroom next to my Sociology class (the one currently across the hall from me), I see my friend Leia. Since she is looking incredibly bored, I invite her to join us. Wake.

Again, just snippets, and I'm not sure if I got them in the right order or not. Well, now that I am writing out the snippets, they're a bit longer than snippets.

Sleep. I am in the washroom at my house. I flash to the bus station at my mall and remember having a character in a Rock Band game, but I cannot remember her username or password. A screen appears in front of me (covering most of my vision) and says it is “Leopold12” (or something along those lines― I don't quite remember it clearly). Then, I appear back in the bathroom and my mom calls me from my room, asking me to sort through some pills. I tell her that some of them are beads; however, I do my best to find their pill containers (that is to say, I don't find any pill containers with a match).

Once in the bathroom again, I remember looking at the toilet and wondering what sort of monster could bear to live in a toilet, for it would be unpleasant to have control of any of the five senses.

Then I return to my room, and the radio is on, telling me about a trivia world championship hosted by my current English teacher. One of my friends, Joe, and his parents are on that team, and they will be flying to a city in the north end of Japan

Sometime after this, I am a round puffball. I am either red, yellow, or green ― I cannot remember ― and I am rolling down a snowy ski slope with two other puffballs (who are each the colours that I am not). We dislike moguls because they make us bounce and we don't like big falls. After hitting a bump and going flying, we're on the final stretch. However, the snow has melted here and it's all slushy, and I have to run instead. One of the puffballs races ahead of me, saying something about a Hazara*, and then the second one passes me just at the finish line, so I lose.

Afterwards, I think I'm human again. I'm told that I've spent too much time on leisure and that there is going to be a “work dollop,” or something like that. It's hard to hear this man, because he speaks like there was gloop in his mouth. He and this other man have a discussion about whether education hours and leisure hours can be combined; for example, one might like reading for pleasure, and reading is educational. Gloop Man disagrees, saying that reading is bad and that it should be discouraged as much as possible.

Then I am flipping through Fahrenheit 451**, trying to find Gloop's words to use as a quotation in my ISU project, but I can't find it. Wake.

*I'm reading The Kite Runner in school, so this isn't entirely random
** Another book I am reading for school

I didn't post Friday or Saturday's dreams. Not because I was lazy. Not because I couldn't remember them. They're just personal and I would rather people not read them. Alrighty. Unfortunately, last night was just snippets of images. I don't remember very much. Oh, and my chocolate dream sign emerged again.

Sleep. I am at my cottage, and when I open the door to go outside, I startle the birds who have made nests in the corners of the awnings.

I am on a city bus going from my highschool to the local mall. For some reason, I need to switch buses even though I only need to on Tuesdays. The bus I am on is closer to a coach bus instead of a city bus, and I tell the bus driver that the bus is fancier than I expected. She ignores me. When the bus gets to the mall, I get off and head towards the Tim Horton's, which has set up a bake-sale on the sidewalk just outside. I have a bad feeling about the price of the muffins, but I decide to buy one anyway. I'm about to purchase a banana-nut muffin when I see the chocolate muffins. I take one of those instead and go to the cash register. According to that, the muffin is $2.95 including tax. I am shocked at the increase in price, and the cashier apologizes. I am opening my change purse, and I happen to have three loonies in there (even though I normally have less than $2.00 at a time). Just as I am about to pay, that snippet fades. Wake.
