I'm glad not having nightmares anymore. Keep going to bed angry and it makes it into my dreams drastically. But it has lessened greatly. Yesterday dreamed of my father hitting me and me spouting the words I was spouting in my bed (not at my father) while trying to sleep. But that was much better than the The day before that I was so angry i punched my head into the wall and screamed shit. Weird tho, somebody else did the exact same thing just yesterday in real life. Atleast in that dream with my dad I went to the other side of the country and found some friends to relax with and talk about this affterwards.

Had a lucid dream once where I was a wolf, i guess it stuck with me and I like this animal! hehehehe

yea, i had enough sleep that day i coulden't fall back asleep. atleast i learned now that if i take a nap after i got out of bed it helps in staying aware. i'll try that more often.

I thought about my body in bed this morning in mine too, very weird sensation but i held onto my dream with concentration..it's only my 2nd proper Lucid, my others i have had are very crap so i class it as my real second lucid, take a look maybe you can advise me ha ha , this made me laugh , he he he he ..well done D
