Like sands through the hour glass, so are the dreams of our nights.

    1. Having It and Giving It Up; Leaving My Brother

Having It and Giving It Up

I was with a beautiful girl. She may have been J. M., my high school heart throb, though she looked a little different.

I was sucking the side of her breast and rubbing her stomach. It was heavenly. Her breast was salty. This was OK in my dream, and tasting is generally good in a dream for me.

I asked if she wanted me to stop and she said yes, so I stopped. I was sad...obviously.

An alarm then went off and a DC turned it off for me. I was grateful.

      Leaving My Brother

My brother was on a motorcycle with my boy as a passenger, and I was riding on the back the way kids ride bicycles--standing on to pegs sticking out from the back wheels. It was extremely awkward and I told my brother I was just going to walk the rest of the way. I had only a tinge of distaste for him.

Everyone started walking at this point. We ended up in Downtown. It was all cement and didn't seem clean. It was dark as though we were under a walkway or something.

We started walking down a hill of cement and I saw my cat. I/we were letting her go there but I wasn't happy about it. At the street, buses were stopping and pulling away. I saw a tour bus pull out right next to an old style Marta bus. The noise was awful and a bit odd. I wanted to record the bus noises and use it in some music or something.

We then started trying to find exactly how to get where we were going. We never really did figure it out, and searching was a bit uncomfortable.
    2. Cat Hugs and Kisses

I dreamed I was asleep and my cat (I don't have a cat in waking life) was rubbing its face into me and giving me kisses.

Then it opened its paws to give me a hug. I opened my arms and maneuvered to hug my cat like a person.

    3. Black Panther Behind My Bed

      by , 03-09-2012 at 05:38 PM (* The Sandman's Dream Journal o/***)
A black panther was growling behind / under / beside my bed. He was very close and very angry. I was just waiting for him to attack.

In my dream, I was in bed and had been sleeping. I was now trying to open my eyes, but I couldn't.

Then, the panther was a cat. I still couldn't open my eyes, but the growling was now the purring of a cat. I could feel it's cool breath on my face.

I think there is some connection with FA's and becoming lucid. I felt close to lucidity in this dream, and I considered this an FA. I'll keep tabs on it.
    4. Fragments of Houses and Slipping in a Pond

      by , 05-23-2011 at 03:27 AM (* The Sandman's Dream Journal o/***)
IWL, I have been looking for house. In doing so, I always take an interest in the garden. Sometimes you can snag a cutting or some seeds.

Last night I had more vivid dreams for the third night in a row, but I've been tired, so my recollection is week.

I dreamed I was looking at some houses, but not to buy. One was my brother's, though it was a made up home just for my dream.
There were some others I was looking at as well, but they belonged to people; they weren't up for sale.

I was looking at my brother's house a little jealous, turned around, then tried to walk around a little pond or lake and slipped in on my back.
I was really disturbed by this. It hurt my feelings to fall in. I got out and never really felt wet, but I forgot what happened when I got out.

      --

There was a cat either in the same dream, or in a dream skip. I forget everything else about that dream.

I've been working 11 hour days plus home work, otherwise I would log my dreams earlier.
