Congratulations! Glad you got one. It's good that you not only stabilized, but you restabilized after that. A lot of people go 'oh crap I'm dreaming' and lose it...but you stayed in there like you were used to it. Once you start getting more LDs, your dream control should automatically increase. As for summoning, I've never tried vehicles, but when I want people to show up, I'll tell myself they're right around the corner, or tell a DC "hey blank should be arriving at the house in a few seconds", and as soon as i go to the door they're there.
